ABOUT THIS ROLE
Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for an enthusiastic Working Student – Content IT – Publisher Relations. In this role, you will be a member of the Audible Italian Content Publisher Relations Team, sharing knowledge together and focusing on establishing relations with potential content partners to help us expand our content network. You will also develop relationships with our existing audio partners, support their catalogue growth, and work closely with the Marketing Team to promote this catalogue. You will gain valuable insights into content and vendor management and work independently on your own projects. Additionally, you’ll communicate with our Italian publishing partners.

ABOUT YOU
You have an interest in book and audiobook content and/or licensing and rights acquisition for a large audiobook program as well as production planning processes and are able to work in a reliable, engaging and structured manner.

As a Working Student - Content IT - Publisher Relations, you will...
- Own email correspondence and initial onboarding with new publishing partners
- Update and maintain our title database and content tools
- Prepare and assist for internal program meetings, data preparation, and creation presentations
- Support in obtaining data (scripts, covers) for our in-house productions
- Perform metrics research online and offline
- Generate reports on audiobook performance
- Be the Interface to the production planning department
- Coordinate workflows, meetings and manage general administrative tasks

Basic Qualifications

- Enrolled in either your first state-accredited (staatlich anerkannt) Bachelor or Master in the Berlin/Brandenburg area and have at least 1 year of studies left
- Enrolled in media/communications studies, linguistic, social sciences, economics, business administration
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Business fluency in English and Italian, written and spoken

- Affinity for books, audiobooks, podcasts and media in general
- Ability to express yourself very well in writing; your internal and external communication style is always friendly, reliable and obliging
- A team player that is collaborative, creative and highly motivated
- Take your tasks seriously, work on them with commitment, independently, conscientiously and show creative thinking
- Demonstrable ability to focus on tasks with small details
- Flexible and stress-resistant for tasks that suddenly become important, while being able to organize yourself independently
- Enjoy working in an international environment

OUR OFFER
- Student position for 20h per week
- Compensated with €15.87 per hour
- Contribution on the long-run (ideally 1 to 2 years) as a fully-fledged team member
