ABOUT THIS ROLE
Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a motivated and committed Working Student - Marketing (Pricing & Promotions). In this position, you will be part of the Audible EU Audience Acquisition team and will mainly support the Marketing team with the acquisition of new customers through special offers during big promotion events on Amazon (e.g. Black Friday, Amazon Prime Day).
As a Working Student - Marketing (Pricing & Promotions), you will...
- Support throughout all stages of planning, creating, testing, running, reporting and evaluating a promotional campaign on Amazon Marketplace
- Schedule onsite campaigns, monitor their performance and work with different stakeholders to ensure high visibility for our special offers on Amazon Marketplace
- Support the creation of design briefings and participate in the briefings with developers.
- Design A/B tests to drive continuous performance improvement of offers
- Work with internal and external QA teams
- Systematically gather and analyze the performance of previous offers, derive test hypothesis and propose actionable recommendations
OUR OFFER
- Student position for 20h per week
- Compensation of €15.30 per hour
- Contribution on the long-run (ideally 1 to 2 years) as a fully-fledged team member

Basic Qualifications
- Enrolled in a state-accredited (Staatlich Anerkannt) Bachelor or Master in the Berlin/Brandenburg area and have at least 12 months of active full-time student status
- Business fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in an additional European language: German, French, Italian or Spanish
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Ability to work across multiple teams and time zones
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Any previous experience implementing marketing plans
- Experience in process documentation
- Previous exposure to or experience with content management systems
- Exposure to or knowledge on the use of AI
