ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a talented and motivated Manager to join the Member Shopping Experience Team at Audible. The MSE Team is responsible for improving the member experience across our websites and apps, with the goal of driving engagement KPIs in English-first markets. The role will be responsible for executing strategies to enhance the shopping experience for Audible members, supporting partnerships with P13N (Personalization), DCLO (Dynamic Carousel Layout Optimization), and Search and Entities Product teams, and driving marketing-led optimization efforts under the guidance of the Associate Director.
As a Manager, Member Shopping Experience, you will...
- Execute on the A/B testing and product launch roadmaps to improve the member shopping experience on the Audible app and website
- Support partnerships with P13N, DCLO, and Search and Entities teams, collaborating with Product Managers and TPMs
- Be the marketing lead on some Product launches, representing marketing on syncs
- Work on marketing-led optimization initiatives, participating in early stage brainstorming and contributing new concepts to enhance the customer experience
- Assist in developing new feature concepts and conducting POC experimentation
- Execute A/B tests, advising on placement and targeting, implementing in the CMS, and managing QA
- Monitor performance and use analytics to recommend launch decisions
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and results
- Contribute to strategic projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field
- Experience in customer experience optimization
- Experience with content management systems and A/B testing methodologies
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- Proficiency in data analysis and basic statistical concepts
- Basic understanding of coding concepts and principles (no technical experience required)
- Adaptability and openness to working in a diverse, global environment, including some flexibility for working hours across different time zones
