ABOUT THE ROLE
The Audible Original Content team in APAC works with world-class creators across the world to create pioneering entertainment for local audiences in Australia, Japan and India, and for listeners of our global service at large.
The Creative Development Specialist, APAC & Global Tentpole Program will support the Associate Director, Creative Development APAC & Global Tentpole, in providing creative and project management support for the development of Original content across APAC as well as Original titles for release via the Global Tentpole Program.

This role is starting as a 12 month contract.

ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for an early-career creative development specialist who is self-driven, highly organized, has a deep passion for entertainment and has the project management and creative acumen to support internal and external Original creators/producers.

As the Creative Development Specialist, APAC, Global Tentpole, you will...
- Provide administration and creative development support across allocated projects which focus on the conceptualization of Audible owned or originated IP and partner created IP, working with the Creative Development Lead, APAC & Global Tentpole and the Head of Regional Content, APAC
- Contribute to the creative development process by providing first round assessment of submissions, liaising with partners, providing synopses and project overviews for key stakeholders and research
- Provide project management support for allocated projects, including timeline management, asset management, budget management, working in conjunction with Audible Producers
- Create & develop essential documents to support the creative development process, including concepts/treatments, project templates and research packs
- Manage databases and internal tracking tools
- Facilitate meetings and documentation

Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years’ experience in creative development assistant role or similar for leading Entertainment services, or a studio
- Experienced with visual design

Preferred Qualifications

- Have a passion for world-class storytelling and exhibit a desire to learn about other cultures, their entertainment & media practices and their creator opportunities
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent English-language oral and written communication skills
