ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Technical Recruiter, you will drive sourcing and closing strategies, identify and recommend process improvements, and partner with team members to recruit for a variety of technical roles across the United States and Mexico. You'll join a group of Recruiters and Sourcers who share a deep commitment to delighting our customers and collaborative success. Whether you are working with internal stakeholders or potential candidates, you'll be able to make an impact through relationship building, and consistently delivering exceptional talent to support Audible's growth.

The Audible Talent Acquisition (TA) team are strategic talent advisors for the business and candidates, developing innovative solutions, seamless processes, and inspiring stories that ignite attracting and hiring bar-raising talent across the human spectrum to meet the needs of the business today as well as anticipating the needs of the future, enabling Audible to continuously imagine and invent to enrich our customers daily lives.
ABOUT YOU
- You’re known for successfully managing, prioritizing and closing searches and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics.
- You’re able to draw on your extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and have sharp business acumen, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.
- You’ve got a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client management, are highly organized, and possess the ability to push back and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, all while being customer obsessed and collaborative.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will...
- Partner with hiring teams to build and execute effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches while effectively managing customer and partner expectations
- Drive positive candidate experiences by influencing teams to follow sourcing, prepping, and closing best practices
- Build and nurture diverse talent networks through authentic relationship management
- Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting
- Articulate recruiting plans and strategies both verbally and in writing that include deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking processes

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years equivalent recruiting experience
- 3+ years equivalent recruiting experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for technical roles; you have a natural curiosity to learn more about the roles you recruit for and the products/technology the teams you support
- Experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize and report out on recruiting progress
