ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audible is seeking a Senior Product Manager Global Expansion & Growth who will develop global product strategies, build and launch unequaled customer-centric experiences in a variety of geographies. This role is part of the Global Expansion & Growth team, within the Product Organization, and is pivotal to accelerating Audible global growth and ensuring that we deliver exceptional experiences to our customers across the globe.

ABOUT YOU
- You have a track record of defining, building and launching high-quality consumer-facing products
- You have a demonstrated ability to evaluate opportunistic and innovative ideas, and create product roadmaps that drive customer delight and business results
- You obsess over customer needs, beyond direct customer requests, and leverage quantitative and qualitative data to back up assumptions and drive decisions
- You have a passion for international and scaling products globally
- You excel at distilling complex information into easy-to-understand concepts and have experience leading a cross-functional team through ambiguity.
- You know how to gain trust and build consensus among diverse stakeholders, without direct authority
- You proactively identify and communicate risks, and adapt your communication style to suit your audience

As a Senior Product Manager Global Expansion & Growth, you will...
- Envision, define, build and launch unequaled experiences that pioneer new ways to reach global customers in a variety of geographies
- Extend global products into localized experiences that meet the local customers’ needs and tap into market-specific opportunities
- Learn the needs, pain points and behavior of International Audible users and develop strong intuition about solutions that will work for them
- Frame and lead discussions with key business and technical stakeholders to assess opportunities, make data-driven recommendations, and build consensus ahead of important investment decisions
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and secure commitments from Audible and Amazon partner teams that are essential to your projects’ success

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer-facing software
- BA/BS degree
- Experience in agile, lean product management processes
- Experience in managing initiatives within regional and global context

Preferred Qualifications

- MS/MBA
- Excellent oral and written and communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills that allow you to work with both technical and non-technical partners
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, autonomously, and cross-functionally
